When I insert the Dimension Pro soft synth into a Sonar 8 Producer project I can't get it to sound. When I insert it, it opens up 2 tracks, midi and audio as with other soft synths. I load a patch into the Dim. Pro virtual intstrument. I record Midi notes on the Midi track and when I push play I can see the Dim. Pro Midi notes play but the Dim. Pro audio track doesn't receive the signal.
When I do the same thing with the Cakewalk TTS soft synth it plays with no problem. Any thoughts as to why the Dim. Pro doesn't make sound?

Hmmm... I'm not sure. It's strange that other synths work and Dim Pro doesn't. Does this happen in every project? Or just one? Have you tried it in a brand new project with no other tracks in it?

What are the exact steps you're taking to insert Dim Pro into a project?
