RESURRECTING THE CHAMP: Making its debut on Blu-ray and returning to DVD on June 25, 2019 comes Director Rod Lurie's (The Contender) critically acclaimed drama Resurrecting the Champ. Academy Award® Nominee Samuel L. Jackson (Captain Marvel) and Josh Hartnett (Pearl Harbor) turn in knockout performances in this ''touchingly vibrant tale'' (The Hollywood Reporter) about fathers and sons and the power of redemption. Featuring an all-star supporting cast that includes Academy Award® Nominee Alan Alda (What Women Want), Kathryn Morris (Minority Report), Teri Hatcher ("Desperate Housewives"), Academy Award® Nominee David Paymer (Get Shorty) and Peter Coyote (E.T.), Resurrecting the Champ is more than just an inspiring tale, it ''has a genuine resonance and reason rare in movie'' (Boston Herald)!

Sportswriter Erik Kernan (Hartnett) wants nothing more than to discover a story great enough to make headlines. So when he meets Champ (Jackson), a former boxing champion living on the streets, he knows he has a shot to save them both. Recording his newfound friend's unbelievable tale of triumph and defeat, Kernan gets his story and his fame. But as Champ's tale falls under more scrutinizing eyes, Kernan will have to learn that what truly makes a story great is the quality of the man behind it.

This release includes great bonus material including a feature audio commentary from director Rod Lurie, a behind the scenes featurette, interviews with the cast and crew along with the original theatrical trailer.

WINTER PASSING Also making its debut on Blu-ray and returning to DVD on June 25, 2019 is Adam Rapp's ("The Looming Tower") Winter Passing, an offbeat film about homecoming and reconciliation that features an all-star cast including Zooey Deschanel ("New Girl"), Will Ferrell (Daddy's Home), four-time Academy Award® Nominee Ed Harris ("Westworld"), Academy Award® Nominee Amy Madigan (Field of Dreams), Dallas Roberts (Dallas Buyers Club), Michael Chernus (Spider-Man: Homecoming), Anthony Rapp (A Beautiful Mind), Sam Bottoms (Apocalypse Now) and Rachel Dratch ("SNL").

When a book editor (Madigan) offers to buy the love letters of Reese Holden's (Deschanel) parents, Reese must return home to recover them, only to find her widowed dad (Harris) golfing upstairs, sleeping outside, and living with roommates - a pretty grad student (Amelia Warner) and a quirky wanna-be musician (Ferrell)! As Reese begins to understand her roots, she learns to accept who she's become.

This release includes great bonus material including a behind the scenes featurette and the original theatrical trailer.

THE ILLUSIONIST: Returning to Blu-ray and returning to DVD on June 25, 2019 is the mystery / thriller The Illusionist. Oscar® nominees Paul Giamatti (Sideways) and Edward Norton (Fight Club) lead an all-star cast that includes Jessica Biel (Next), Rufus Sewell (Dark City), Eddie Marsan (Deadpool 2) and Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Kick-Ass) in this ''stunning'' film (USA Today) that conjures an exhilarating blend of suspense, romance and mind-bending twists from the Academy Award® Winning Producers of Crash and writer / director Neil Burger (The Upside, Divergent).

The acclaimed illusionist Eisenheim (Norton) has not only captured the imaginations of all of Vienna, but also the interest of the ambitious Crown Prince Leopold (Sewell). But when Leopold's new fiancée (Biel) rekindles a childhood fascination with Eisenheim, the Prince's interest evolves into obsession...and suddenly the city's Chief Inspector (Giamatti) finds himself investigating a shocking crime. But even as the Inspector engages him in a dramatic challenge of wills, Eisenheim prepares for his most impressive illusion yet in this ''mesmerizing'' (Entertainment Weekly) and ''beautifully acted'' (Good Morning America) film that ''teases you until the very end!" (The New York Times).

All of the previously available bonus materials return for the new Blu-ray and DVDs including the feature audio commentary from Writer/Director Neil Burger, "The Making of the Illusionist" featurette, "Jessica Biel on the Illusionist" featurette and the Original Theatrical Trailer.

SHORTCUT TO HAPPINESS: After eighteen long years from production to release Shortcut to Happiness finally makes its debut on Blu-ray and DVD on July 16, 2019. Originally "The Devil and Daniel Webster" (the film's original title when it was in production in 2001) was to be the directorial debut of star Alec Baldwin. According to a 2007 Entertainment Weekly article, "production was vexed by alleged money problems and the FBI's bank-fraud investigation of a reported investor". According to a 2007 article in The Guardian, the movie grinded to a halt "during post-production when the FBI seized the investors' assets, including the film, in the course of a bank fraud investigation." Due to this and other rumored creative differences, Baldwin had his director credit removed from the film and replaced with the pseudonym "Harry Kirkpatrick". Baldwin's producing partner Jon Cornick told Entertainment Weekly in 2003, "We spent a lot of time and effort shooting the movie... It's not the movie that we intended to make."

Producer Bob Yari rescued the film from bankruptcy court and finished the film without Baldwin's participation which received limited theatrical screenings in 2007. Years later the film aired on Showtime and Starz channels but had never received a proper release on home video.

"I was presented with opportunity to license Shortcut To Happiness," according to MVD Entertainment Director of Acquisitions Eric D. Wilkinson. "Despite the movie's checkered past, I liked it. It reminded me of the high concept romantic comedies of the 1980's and 90's. It has a great cast and production values and I think fans of the genre will more than enjoy this film. So after eighteen years since the movie first started production, I'm excited to finally give Shortcut To Happiness a proper release on disc and digital".

Set in New York's literary world, Shortcut To Happiness is a contemporary re-telling of the classic short story ''The Devil and Daniel Webster'' featuring an all-star cast that includes Academy Award® Nominees Alec Baldwin (The Departed) and Dan Aykroyd (Ghostbusters), Academy Award® Winner Anthony Hopkins (The Silence of the Lambs), Jennifer Love Hewitt (Heartbreakers), Kim Cattrall ("Sex and the City"), Bobby Cannavale (Ant-Man), Amy Poehler ("Parks and Recreation") and Darrell Hammond ("SNL").

Jabez Stone (Baldwin), a down on his luck writer, sells his soul to the devil (Love-Hewitt) in exchange for fame and fortune. But when things don't turn out as planned, Stone ultimately decides that he wants his old life again and enlists the help of Daniel Webster (Hopkins) in order to win his soul back from Satan, herself!

FIND ME GUILTY: Returning to Blu-ray and returning to DVD on September 17, 2019 is the dramedy Find Me Guilty. From Honorary Academy Award® recipient (and five-time best director nominee) Sidney Lumet (Serpico, Network, Dog Day Afternoon) comes the most hysterically funny testament to bad courtroom behavior since My Cousin Vinny! Vin Diesel (The Fast and The Furious, XxX) ''gives a sensational performance'' (The New York Times) supported by an all-star cast that includes Peter Dinklage (''Game of Thrones''), Annabella Sciorra (Jungle Fever), Alex Rocco (The Godfather), Ron Silver (Reversal of Fortune) and Linus Roache (Batman Begins) in the true story of the most remarkable criminal trial in US history. Find Me Guilty proves beyond a reasonable doubt that justice has a strange sense of humor!

When police arrest twenty members of the Lucchese crime family, the authorities offer Jackie Dee DiNorscio (Diesel) a bargain: a shortened prison term if he'll testify against his own. But the wisecracking DiNorscio has other ideas. Refusing to cooperate, he decides to defend himself at his own trial... and proceeds to turn the courtroom upside-down in a hilarious fight that culminates in one of the most shocking verdicts in judicial history!

All of the previously available bonus materials return for the new Blu-ray and DVDs including "A Conversation with Director Sidney Lumet featurette", the original theatrical trailer and three TV spots.
