| REVIEW: Disney's BOLT on Blu-ray and DVD |
 When I first heard about this movie, I was looking forward to seeing it because I almost always enjoy the films from Disney. Then I found out the voice acting was going to be done by John Travolta and Miley Cyrus… my hopes faded quickly. Why? Because many times I find I can't really get into a story if I can easily recognize the voices behind the animated characters. BUT much to my surprise, I was able to watch this picture from beginning to end and I enjoyed it. Hats off to Cyrus and Travolta, however, let me tell you a bit more about BOLT...BOLT – The Story The movie opens with an action scene like something from The Incredibles, with a young girl named Penny (Miley Cyrus) and her beloved dog BOLT (John Travolta) being chased by the henchmen of the evil Dr. Calico (Malcolm McDowell). Penny's father has been kidnapped by the Dr. so that he will reveal his scientific secrets as to how BOLT was transformed into a special canine with super powers. Of course...
