Start saving those quarters from your couch cushions because on September 24, 2013, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group brings you 2 Broke Girls: The Complete Second Season on DVD. In its second season on CBS, 2 Broke Girls delivered an average of 12 million viewers weekly and was one of TV’s top 5 sitcoms among Households and Total Viewers. 2 Broke Girls was recently renewed for a third season and will return this fall to CBS. The DVD release includes all 24 half-hour episodes from the second season, plus over one hour of never-before-seen extras including 2 featurettes, deleted scenes, a gag reel, and 2013 Paley Festival Cast Q&A. 2 Broke Girls: The Complete Second Season is priced to own at $44.98 SRP.

In Season 2, Max and Caroline are still waiting tables in Brooklyn, but the future looks bright for their start-up business venture. There’s a boost from a super celebrity’s review of Max’s Homemade Cupcakes, a lucky break in real estate, and a surprise influx of cash, resulting in the grand opening of Max and Caroline’s very own cupcake shop! But success doesn’t happen overnight, and there are still rats to be dealt with. Plus ex-boyfriends and a new flame. And an eviction notice. But the girls pull through with a hearty helping of humor and wicked sarcasm and they, along with their family at the diner — Earl, Oleg, and Han, plus sexpot neighbor Sophie — make working for a living worth laughing about in 2 Broke Girls.

Executive produced by Emmy® Award winner/executive producer Michael Patrick King, 2 Broke Girls stars Kat Dennings (Thor, Nick and Nora’s Infinite Playlist), Beth Behrs (American Pie Presents: The Book of Love), Garrett Morris (Saturday Night Live), Jonathan Kite (In the Flow with Affion Crockett), Matthew Moy (Scrubs), and Jennifer Coolidge (American Pie films). Created by King and comedian Whitney Cummings (Whitney), the series is from Bonanza Productions Inc. in association with MPK Productions and Warner Bros. Television.

WBHE will offer the first two seasons of 2 Broke Girls through all major digital retailers including iTunes and Amazon Instant Video beginning on June 11, 2013. Complete seasons will be sold separately at expected retails of $34.99 (SD) and $44.99 (HD). Individual episodes will retail for $1.99 (SD) and $2.99 (HD) each.
